Fill it with local Caribbean and Creole flavours, give it a name that is a bit outlandish, like Madfish Grill and open it up as the first mom-and-pop fish restaurant in your neighborhood.
Our eclectic eatery has evolved over the past two decades and we are delighted to satisfy the palates of both regulars and newcomers. You may have helped us re-create some of our most popular dishes. We take your suggestions seriously and enjoy a menu change from time to time.
